Lucy Sweater
π The Lucy Sweater, a pattern dedicated to a cat π
This pattern was created in collaboration with my partner's cat, Lucypurr, but honestly, I did most of the work π. This design is easy to follow and can be turned into both a summer and winter sweater. You can use cotton or linen yarn for a lighter sweater or wool if you need to warm up. I hope you enjoy making the Lucy Sweater because I loved making this pattern and even included a couple of Lucy-related surprises.
If you are worried this pattern may be too confusing, do not fret, I have added many pictures to guide you through the process. But if you still have any questions, you can send them to my email!
I use US terminology.
You will need:
- 250-350 grams of yarn depending on the size of the sweater you want to create (I used 250g Air by Drops for size M: 10-ply / aran / worsted), but you can use any yarn, including cotton or acrylic;
- A 3.5 mm hook;
- Scissors.
Stitches:
- ss - slip stitch;
- sc - single crochet;
- DC - double crochet;
- TRC - triple;
- crochet ch - chain.
P.S. If you want to sell finished sweaters created using my pattern, please always tag me as the product designer!
